What is Wellbeing?
Being comfortable in your own skin is true wellbeing. Regardless of where you are on this journey, I will help you get to a powerful place of inner conﬁdence and peace with greater self-acceptance and joy. This will help you discover your own inner “well” of being that is uplifting and healing.
You are not broken. You are perfect just the way you are. And, you can always learn new things. This fact is part of your perfection.
My focus is on wellbeing, not pathology. I look for what strengths you have that we can build on and grow. Through this process, I teach you to notice what works well and to shift what doesn’t. Together we release self-limiting beliefs and fears and clear emotions or traumatic experiences.
You can reframe the events that happen to you and learn new skills to enjoy your life more fully.
There is so much we know about how to run our brains and what successful people do to create uplifting and supportive internal experiences for themselves. I teach you to model this success using tools from the ﬁeld of NLP and beyond to take charge of your own wellbeing and happiness.
I practice a brief model of therapeutic coaching. Most of my coaching is between 6-12 sessions. During our time together, you will increase:
– Self-belief and self-love
– Inner resilience and integrity
– Awareness of what drives you unconsciously
– Energy levels and motivation
– Freedom and joy
