What I Do

I created Beyond The Course in 2008 after decades of searching for ways to help people build better life outcomes. I’ve learned many things, including how to break through barriers to change and self-improvement.  At the heart of my work is a strong passion for human development, incorporating what is known neurologically about the mind/body system and transformational processes for clearing negativity and trauma. There are many paths to improving the quality of our lives but increasing self-regard and authenticity is paramount. Everything I do is designed to help move people in this direction.

As a certified NLP Master Coach, Master Trainer, Instructor, and licensed Ericksonian Hypnotherapist, I use a wide range of tools to help organizations and individuals increase effectiveness and performance. The principles of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) are foundational for me because they are so dynamic and flexible. What is NLP?

I specialize in helping potential leaders become more effective on and off the job. I’m also passionate about helping people reunite with their true selves by releasing trapped emotions, reducing anxiety and depression, managing stress and other forms of emotional imbalance.
